Steps To Rent a Property With Urban Pharm
Step 1
Choose a property and click “Apply Now.” Submit your application with ID, proof of income, landlord contact info, and a $25 fee. Applications are reviewed in order received to confirm eligibility.
Step 2
If approved, you may schedule a showing. To secure a unit, pay a hold deposit (minimum 25% of the security deposit). Your application stays valid for 30 days if you want to view other properties.
Step 3
Continue holding deposit payments until the full deposit is paid. Set up utilities, purchase renters’ insurance, sign the lease, and pay the first month’s rent. On move-in day, pick up keys and complete the inventory checklist before moving into your new home.
